Refunds & Returns


We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know you wish to return your product.

The product must be in a resaleable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. 


Please include full details of the original order with the return and also a brief description of why the items are being returned.


Please note, however, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.


We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.


Please note we are unable to refund the cost of any postage paid on the original order.



Received Damaged Goods?

In the rare situation that any items reach you in a damaged state, please contact as soon as possible.


We would be grateful if you would take images of the damage and retain all of the packaging. This allows us to speak to the courier companies so we can resend or refund if appropriate.
