  • Do you provide VAT Sales Receipts with every order?
    • Yes, we will send a VAT Receipt by emaol with every order, though if this is missing, we will always be able to email over a copy for your records.
  • Is VAT included in the prices shown?
    • Yes, all of our products are shown with VAT included in the price.
  • I have ordered the wrong product, am I able to return and order the correct products?
    • Yes - we are happy to exchange or refund for any goods that were not suitable for your requirements.

  • Are your paper and card products manufactured in the UK?
    • Yes - We source our paper and card from reputable suppliers based in the UK.
  • Is your recycled paper and card suitable for printing?
    • Yes - All of our card and papers are intended for printing through offset litho printers. Most will work equally well for Letterpress and Screen Printing. (best to check your printers specs whether the thickness of card will feed through)
