Can all Paper be Recycled?
Unfortunately, not all paper is recyclable because some papers are coated in materials which cannot be recycled.
Any paper that is coated by foil, wax, paint or plastic (such as some christmas cards and wrapping paper) cannot be recycled.
Below is a list of some of the common types of paper that can be recycled.
- Brown Parcel Paper
- Cardboard
- Catalogues and Directories
- Christmas Cards without Embellishments such as glitter or foil.
- Photocopier Paper
- Envelopes (with or without windows)
- Leaflets and Magazines
- Newspapers and Supplements
